Gas Card Giveaway Rules

Official Rules
Rohrman Automotive Group’s Monthly $1,000.00 Gas Card Giveaway
  1. Eligibility:
    • Open to legal residents of Illinois, Indiana, or Wisconsin
    • Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
    • Employees, officers, and representatives of the Rohrman Automotive Group and its dealership affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising/promotional agencies, as well as their immediate family members or individuals residing in the same household, are not eligible to participate.
  2. Promotion Period:
    • The giveaway begins at 12:01 a.m. Central Time (CT) on the first day of each month and ends at 11:59 p.m. CT on the last day of the same month. 
    • Entries do not roll over to subsequent months.
  3. How to Enter:
    • Online Entry: Complete the online entry form at Rohrman.com or any of the Rohrman Automotive Group’s dealership affiliates websites.
    • All required fields must be completed for valid entry.
    • An alternate entry method is a Mail-In Entry: Handprint your full name, complete mailing address, phone number, and date of birth on a 3" x 5" card and mail to: [Sponsor Name], [Address]. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by the last day of the month and received within 5 days of the month-end.
  4. Limit: One (1) entry per person per month.
  5. Winner Selection:
    • One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. 
    • The drawing will occur within seven (7) business days following the end of each monthly promotion period.
    • The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received each month.
    • No purchase necessary.
    • A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.
  6. Prize:
    • One (1) $1,000.00 gas card will be awarded each month. 
    • The prize is non-transferable, and no substitutions or cash alternatives will be provided.
  7. Notification of Winner:
    • The potential winner will be notified via email and/or phone within 10 (10) business days of the drawing. 
    • The winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification to claim the prize.
    • If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the specified time, or is disqualified, an alternate winner may be selected.
  8. Publicity Release:
    • By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow the Rohrman Automotive Group and its marketing partner, Orange Media Group, Inc., to use your first name, last initial, and town and state of residence in future marketing efforts (e.g. Tom S. from Schaumburg, IL)
    • You may be asked for permission from the Rohrman Automotive Group or its marketing partner to use your full name and likeness, and any entry information for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
  9. Taxes:
    • All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
  10. General Conditions:
    • The Rohrman Automotive Group reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its control compromises the integrity of the promotion.
    • Any attempt to tamper with the entry process or undermine the giveaway may result in disqualification.
  11. Dispute Resolution:
    • By entering, participants agree to resolve disputes individually through binding arbitration and waive the right to participate in a class action. Illinois law governs this promotion.

    • This giveaway is void outside the states of Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, and where prohibited by law.
