Mike Merry was a gentleman. I never felt rushed or pressured. He listened to what I wanted and found the vehicle that met my needs. All the other sales people in the dealership that day were very cordial to me and others as well. I had visited other dealerships in the area and it was the standard "she's a woman and won't know anything". At Bob Rohrman I was treated as a customer who knew what she wanted, was never pressured or felt like I was being treated diffferently because I am a woman. THANK YOU! Plus it was important to me to purchase a car that was made in the US and Ford was the only manufacturer that didn't run to our government to bail themselves out. The service department was very prompt and friendly. They had car ready when I came to pick it up, freshly washed, and like - new clean. My sales person was very knowledgeable about all the cars on the lot and took the time to introduce me to the service department. Our interaction was pressure free, unlike the other dealerships I visited. I can't speak highly enough about the way I was treated, and my overall buying experience at Bob Rohrman Ford, perphaps the best way to convey this is to say that I've already sent my niece, who is looking to buy her first car, and close childhood friend looking for a safe family car to see the team at Schaumburg Ford, because I was so confident theyc'd be taken care of.

Bob's manner and decorum in working with my mother (79) was absolutely wonderful. His focus was on her and her needs. He kept things light and let us lead the experience in accord with our stated needs and wishes. We came in looking for two used Ford Escapes from internet research, but one had been sold. He was able to get my mother to drive the vehicle although she was still nervous from her recent accident which had "totalled" her own car (not her fault). After we were done and had returned to his desk, he asked what we wanted next. We also had two Ford Fusions we wanted to look at from our internet research. No problem. My mother ended up buying a Ford Fusion. The entire experience at Bob Rohrman Schaumburg Ford was comfortably and professionally handled all the way through the finance manager's office including helping us work with our insurance company pay out. I could not have had a better car buying experience at a time of great stress.

Nick, Mike, and Mark were all extremely kind, courteous and professional. My wife and I never felt pressured to purchase. They were able to give us the best price and finance rate after shopping nearly every Ford dealer in the Chicagoland area. Also, my kids were able to stay entertained by the toys in the kid room. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and I would strongly recommend this dealership. They represent what the car buying process should be like.

My experience at Schaumburg Ford was suprisingly pleasant and easy. Being a single female walking into a dealership can be a little daunting, but the salesmen here made me feel very comfortable and at ease. My salesman Bob Pietrini answered all of my questions and was more than accomodating to my wants and needs. When it was time to purchase the finance manager Ideen Ghaddari was very courteous and a pleasure to sit with. Not once did I feel pressured or intimidated and I would recommend sending anyone i know here after they took such good care of me!

We have had the good fortune of buying a new car and selling a used car at Bob Rohrman Schaumburg Ford. With both transactions, we were treated with the utmost respect and hospitality and left the dealership completely satisfied and anxious to recommend Bob Rohrman Ford to our friends. We were particularly impressed by Internet Sales Manager Gunita Quinn. She was knowledgeable, professional, honest, and made us feel comfortable from the first moment she extended her hand to us and said, "Welcome to Bob Rohrman Ford, how can I help you?" She went above and beyond to ensure that we completely understood what we were buying/selling and assuring us that we were receiving a fair and good deal. She regarded us as individuals and as if we were the most important people in the dealership. In the more than 20 years I have been buying and selling cars I have never been treated as professionally and respectfully as I was when working with Gunita on our purchase and sale of our car. We will be strongly recommending Bob Rohrman Ford and Gunita Quinn to our friends when they are cosndiering buying or selling a car.

The minute we parked at the dealership we were greeted by 2 friendly salesmen. They answered all of our questions and showed us both used and new cars to help us figure out exactly what we wanted. They worked with us on the price to help us buy a new car while keeping the payments in our price range. They were not pushy and were great to work with. Since the purchase, they have called to make sure everything is going well with the car. Thanks for the help and outstanding service.

This was truly by far the best car buying experience my husband and I have ever had. Gunita was extremely knowledgeable about all the vehicles we inquired about and took the time to really listen to all of our needs and concerns. Her approach was friendly, sincere, and low-pressure. We were very comfortable and we'd DEFINITELY come back to her in the future if we needed another vehicle.

We absolutely love our new Explorer and would recommend it to anyone looking at the new crossover SUVs. Really practical and great styling. We feel that we got a lot for our money! Thanks Gunita!

Nicholas Magdalin was my sales associate who sold me my new Ford 2011 Fusion Sport. He was very, very courteous, patient, funny, kind and extremely helpful in teaching me how to use all the fancy new features! He even gave me his cell phone number to call him any time with any questions I had. A week after I purchased the car I already had a question on how to turn something off in the car and called Nick who very promptly took my call right on the spot and gave me an answer! My salesman was Ismael Pachero. He was excellent. I had stopped in earlier in the week for some information and he was the only one sitting at a desk. He saw me, invited me to sit and answered my questions. I was there maybe twenty minutes tops and told him I would be back. I would guess he figured he would not see me again. He was wrong. I knew what car I wanted, what color and that I wanted to lease the car. He made it happen with the help of a couple of other gentlemen. Believe me when I say that if I have any questions or concerns I blieve he will be right there to help. For your information the service department is the department that makes or breaks it with me. So the jury is still out on them until I need an oil change. I'll let you know
